Description
This extra special dish has Murg kalmi kebab leg pieces combined with flavoured basmati rice. The Basmati rice with spices is as delectable as it is wonderful. The meat is marinated in yoghurt spiced mixture before being cooked, as the acid in the yoghurt tenderises the meat. The saffron, and nutmeg add a soothing aroma to the Jehangir biryani.
