FRANCHISE MODEL

Franchises will follow FOCO model where all the operations will be taken care of by the company which includes but will not be limited to Chefs, Helpers, branch Manager, food preparation, Kitchen Setup, Stocking, Purchasing, Branding and Packaging Materials.

SERVICES INCLUDED

All billing systems and setup are included in the franchise fees which includes Billing systems, Website integration, Payment collection. Also Signature foods will be responsible for online promotions and aggregations on platforms like Swiggy and Zomato. All promotions cost will be borne by Signature foods which includes giveaways.

AGREEMENT & TERM DETAILS

Intial agreement will be for 5 years period with standard franchise agreement. The
franchisee can also renew or extend the franchise agreement during this time.
